In the first implementation most evaluation functions were implemented as
EvalFunc (add, count, etc.) In the pipeline rework, in order to support types
efficiently, we're moving all the traditional ones inside the system. But
users will still be able to subclass EvalFunc in order to implement their own
UDFs.
