New version of the patch. Changes are:
1. Add license and reformat, thanks Amir
2. Move keywords to file
The sequence to locate keyword file is:
1. autocomplete in current directory
2. autocomplete in CLASSPATH
3. Use the default autocomplete in org.apache.pig.tools.grunt
We need to maintain org.apache.pig.tools.grunt.autocomplete manually when
grammar evolves.
