Why are theses mails not available to all the members?
I think members' addresses are not present in the email itself, and
the gui is unaware of that this specific email actually belongs to
a group of users.
The solution depends on what mail server you have, and if it's
an internal mailing list or external mailing list, eg. piler-user@
