Hi, a suggestion: how about adding a Milter port in Piler to receive mail from the MTA? In some cases, adding a secondary recipient in the MTA may cause problems, particularly if Piler is installed on a different machine. If the sever where Piler is running became (due to various conceivable reasons) unable to receive the forwarded mail, the original sender will probably receive an undeliverable-message after the configured retry attempts, and this leads (besides the fact that the Piler CC account is exposed) to confusion: the the recipient address declared as undeliverable is the Piler account. And if the sender is an external person, it's even more inconvenient. We have learned (from some years of Mailarchiva experience as mentioned), that using Milter is much more reliable compared to the forwarding method. Would be great (at least from our perspective ;) if you may consider implementing this feature.
