We have users who need access to a user's emails after the second user left the company. I expected MailPiler would be able to perform this duty, so I followed the instructions under "Users, groups, and rights" on http://www.mailpiler.org/en/administering.html. As a test, I used myself and the user who no longer works here.
I am still unable to access the old user's emails. Is this something that has to be in place before an email is indexed? I'm pretty sure I have the information entered correctly (although the "Assigned email addresses" title is missing from the second email address list box).
