Hello Piler Users, Is it possible to set up users to be able to search emails that were sent from an email address, not just to one? We have some systems that email through our mail server, but do not send from it (they are whitelisted for sending out through SMTP) and I have these messages in Piler. I created a group and put the sender email address into the group, then assigned users membership in the group, but when they search, they only see emails that were sent to them by the system. I want them to be able to see all emails sent from the system, no matter who the recipient was.
Example: [email protected] sends emails whenever a new event occurs - recipient could be internal or external. This is sent through Exchange SMTP service and appears in the mail archive for anyone who has full access (audit). User A can only see emails where he is a recipient even though he has group access to [email protected] email address.
