I have one user (relatively new to the organization, but not the last) with outbound emails missing from Piler. Her inbound emails are there, and she can log in. We've checked our Exchange logs (2007), and everything appears to deliver. The emails never get indexed, and, in fact, never even make it into the sph_index table.
