I've put up 0.9.5-pre5 on the website:

There are three versions, depending on your OS and needs; tar,
bz2, and zip. Please test the dickens out of it, because the plan is to
release this as soon as we get the thumbs up from the general crowd.
If anyone has patches to the code in this version, and doesn't
have commit access to the cvs, please email me directly or to the list, so
others can test any fixes we come up with.
