Cool!
I did a "diff -rw" of the 0.9.5-pre5 source against the original 0.9.3
source, to see just what all's changed, and found the result a bit
intimidating to read because of its sheer size. So, I ended up running
the diff into a file, and using a combination of perl scripts and vim to
edit it down from ~20k lines to about 4800, deleting differences caused
by formatting changes, "Pilot" to "Palm" changes, dependency changes in
makefiles, and so on. Now I can start to see the forest through the trees :-)
On the odd chance that someone else would find this document useful and/or
entertaining reading, I've put it up on the web at:
http://no-homepages.ucsd.edu/~carl/pilot_link_095-pre5_diffs.txt
(And just in case it isn't obvious, THIS IS NOT A PATCH; don't try to apply
it to anything, you'll just end up with a half-upgraded mess.)
