At the following URL you can find a .TGZ file which contains the contents for a new directory under the pilot-link/tools directory called JavaJni. It is more or less a parallel to the tools/Java directory which is for Java 1.0. At this URL you will find a copy of the README for this directory along with build instructions (it does not use the Makefile yet). http://www.dga.co.uk/customer/publicdo.nsf/public/download-javajni (I sent this to David Desrosier at the end of last week but I am unsure whether this arrived as he has not replied to either that note or a followup. David - if I am out of order posting this directly to this list I appologise but I did not know whether you had received it or not). Feedback please to this list. I intend to work on documenting the Java classes, but I wanted to get the basic code out the door as soon as possible. If anyone can help getting the Makefile into shape and integrating it into the CVS tree I would be most greatful.
