You could also try using the new Java interface.  It can access both
DBs on the Palm and files on the host.  You need a Java Runtime
which supports JNI (andthing from 1.1 up, including 1.2 and 1.3)
and I would ask for you to watch the console quite carefully as I have
not tested the writing portion as much as I have the reading.
