Funny you should mention coldsync as I'm reading its webpage and
printing out some stuff for home. :-)

I use coldsync for archiving my Palm.  I hadn't thought of using it to
synchronize stuff.  It should be able to take care of both phases of
syncing -- 'fetch' and 'dump', I think they're called -- so I'll give
it a try.  I've always wanted to make coldsync also do the right thing
for Avantgo and Vindigo -- if anyone here knows how to do that,
please, speak up.
