I have used this film in the past when found at surplus stores. There is mention of it in my Compact Photo Lab Index from 1979. It has an ISO of 50 under tungsten light. It is able to record intermediate tones like handwriting or the lines of an etching. Their recommendations for developing are only for high contrast results, though they list one of the developers to be HC110 dilution B for 5 min at 68F/20C as being high contrast. I remember using dektol very diluted to make semi continuos tone negs for alternative process printing. You might try Clayton's Extend Plus from Freestyle. Its a single solution low contras developer made to make low contrast results from high contrast materials.
