Vitamins

I take vitamins too.

magnesium, calcium, potassium, Omega 3 fatty acids, a good general supplement, and a b-complex. I don't take any other herbs because I don't know how they will affect my endocrine studies or how they will affect my other prescription meds, so I lay low. My endoc is a bit of a herbalist, so I'm sure I could ask him if I had any bright ideas. Seems so far that he's wanted me to keep things pretty much status quo.

I do notice if I don't take my vitamins though.

If you do take herbs, do know if they affect your endocrine testing, and do understand any interaction with your prescription drugs.

Nice topic Meri!
