I just found this group and hope I can find some people who understand me!! Some days I feel like a freak! I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma about 2 1/2 years ago. I stopped taking Parlodel 6 months ago because I can't stand the side effects of it. I had a blood test last week and my prolactin levels are up to 54 and I am showing some of the symptoms of it being high. I am procrastinating seeing my doctor because I dont' want to deal with the medication again. My tumor is 6mm and they don't feel surgery is an option. Has anyone out there tried Parlodel and then Dostinex? I will take any sugestions at this point.
