Question Regarding Weight & Size of Tumor

Hello Pituitary People, Please let me know your comments about weight in regards to people who have been diagnosed with a Pituitary Tumor. I myself am overweight and have gained 25# in the past year and a half. I am trying to get it under control and am not sure if the Endo. has taken the correct tests for GH. (Any comment on this?) Anyway, I was wondering what percentage of people who have this problem are overweight. I recently read an article about a woman who lost 80# and was experiencing the same symptoms that we have. The other question that I am wondering is how large is the tumors? Mine is 7mm x 8mm. The Endos at Kaiser told me that my tumor is too small to cause all the headaches and blurred vision as well as eye twitching and dizziness that I have been experiencing. He told me that this is so common that He thinks the tumor was accidentally found. My prolactin level is only 40 and after being on Dostines for 2 months, prolactin level is less than 1. Please let me hear from you. Thank you.
