my 10 *11 on tuesday* year old daughter was dx with meningitis last march. during the work up for that they found a pituitary mass. on mri in july they said it got smaller. then she started having headaches again and was eventually dx with hydrocephalus and now has a lumboperitoneal shunt. the mri in nov showed the mass getting bigger again which indicates a cyst or cystic tumor to me. i'm afraid it's going to burst again and causing meningitis. does anyone here have experience with this???? thank you for any information. ellen m/o sammi jean the beauty queen.....
