I have been off & on Dostinex during that time (mostly off b/c I am a terrible horrible patient!!). Never had a problem with it. I have a new doctor now & I was discussing having kids with her. She talked to an infertility specialist & he recommended Parlodel. Even after hearing all the bad things about it I thought I would try it this past Monday. Tuesday morning I was so sick I couldn't even go to work....everything I heard about this drug is 100% true!! So I wanted my doc to prescribe Dostinex again but she suggested that instead of swallowing the Parlodel that I insert it vaginally. I guess since it completely bypasses going through your stomach/gut there is no nausea, vomiting, dizziness, etc. I am looking for anyone else who has taken their Parlodel/bromocriptine this way and if it worked for you....especially as far as having NO side effects!!!! osubuck Reply   Recommend Message 2 in Discussion From: Hope Hello Osubuck:   I have not taken it vaginally but always took mine right before bed if possible.  It cut down the noticable bad effects of the pill.  If you have to take more than one dose, then of course you couldn't just take it at night.    Good luck   p.s.
