Reply   Recommend Message 2 in Discussion From: BigAppleChick I had many typos in above, sorry!    Also one last thing - I grind my teeth terribly and am now required to use a mouth guard.  The dentist noticed an unusual bone growth in my jaw underneath my last back tooth and was very surprised that it got there in less than a year.   She is speculating it could be that I grind so much it's creating a bone spur but that's a speculation.   Any thoughts?
