Chris, Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure if the pool strips would be usable but, I appreciate the idea. A person's urine pH would be effected by electrolytes and other things excreted in the urine so I'm not sure if the pool strips would calculate those factors. I read an article that suggested also testing the saliva pH which I thought was interesting since I have so many mouth symptoms also. I'm going to call my pharmacy and ask if they sell pH strips OTC for testing. I'm glad your son Ogy has gotten the help he needs. I haven't posted as I don't have a lot of info on his situation but, I've been keeping up on his story and thinking and praying for him. He's so lucky to have you as his Mom. I'm glad you found the forum. I've found some great people who have gotten me through the last two years. Thanks again for the suggestion. Lisa |
