Jessica,
I really don't know the answer to that.  My sister had brain surgery and whenever she gets nausea her PCP always sends her to her neurologist to check and make sure it's not coming from the Central Nervous System.
 
I think maybe a neurologist would be the one to go to for this.  Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.  Right now I think a neurologist is the next specialist I'm going to.  My balance is getting so bad and they seem to be the ones that treat ESS.   
 
I called awhile back and the scary part was I asked for the neurologist in the group who sees patients with ESS and the girl had never heard of it.  I didn't end up going there because I was being bombarded with doctors telling me ESS was insignificant but I now tend to disagree with them.
