Hi there,
I know you posted your message ages ago but i'm new to the message board and i just read your message. I also have a 7mm tumour and I have been taking Dostinex for about a year and a half now. I started taking a small dose and built it up now to a tablet twice a week. It took 9 months for the level to go down significantly and i had to start taking less cos of the side effects but i increased it again and i've had to take one tablet twice a week for another four months before my level has gone down to a more normal level (400ish) so it's taken a while!!! Also last month i was diagnosed as having PCO, turns out that this was what was causing my irregular periods not the prolactin!! Just wanted to share my experience, hope this helps a bit and good luck, Cath.
