Hi, I have had 3 MRI's, 2 Gh, 3 IGF_1, and all came back negative. I recently had the OGTT with GH hormone assay. My baseline was 5.6 and I apparently suppressed to less than 1. This specimen was not frozen before it was sent to Mayo labs. I have not had any serious tests for Cushings. I had one morning draw that showed 1.8 on cortisal. Very low. I have almost all of the symptoms of acro except an enlarged bone at my eyebrows. I have had a Chest CT and abdomen CT. Right now I have too many red blood cells, hyperchloremia and oxygen deficency which is being looked at. Very disheartening. Jean in Co. |
