I'm in the middle of having the folks at Vanderbilt University decide if I have a large menengioma of the cavernous sinus or a large prolactinoma. I am not sure what will be decided, but apparently a definitive diagnosis is somewhat difficult in this type of case. Will a biopsy decide the matter???
