Meri, I just heard back from her today. I definitely don't have a pit tumor - which was a relief. However, some mylum (i have no idea how to spell that) is thin and even missing in some places. My receptors are firing off way more than normal - so she referred me to a neurologist. The earliest they can see me is the 27th. So we'll see what happens. The migranes just started about a month ago. We still don't know if it's the receptor problem - or the Lupron. I had a few darvocet left over from my lap that I take when I feel one coming on. It doesn't take it away entirely, but it does take the edge off. I've been having endo problems since I was 15, and I was also told it was normal. One doc mentioned endo but told me I was too young. I haven't seen an endocrinologist at all - however it's probably a good idea and something I'll check into eventually. I hope you find some relief when you have a laparoscopy :) Let me know when it's scheduled and if you have any more questions. I'll be praying for you. I'm also a member of EndoFaeries, an endo support group here on MSN. If you ever want to vent about your endo, or get some good info you should check it out. -Lindsey |
