Basically, you might need surgery if the tumor is too big- there is a slight chance you can control the disease with meds, but from what I understand, the tumor won't shrink & will present a problem later on- the meds are very expensive & cause some pretty significant side effectrs- some less than others. You really need to have an MRI done if you haven't had one yet. This will tell you how large the tumor is if you hgave one. View other groups in this category.
