Hi Lucky! Welcome to the group! We have several members who have had large tumors removed who have faced the recurrence issue. Sometimes tumors do grow back. Some grow back fast, some slow. Many surgeons are very much against radiation and feel a second surgery is worthwhile, while others feel that the next course of action should be radiation. I suppose where I am going is to take your time, review your options, and make the best decision for you and your particular situiation. Keep your doctors very much involved in your treatment decisions. We are here to support you. ![]() Minnie |
