Hi Nevik- I have acromegaly & I sweat something terrible especially when I'm in a nervous situation- like you, I can walk into see a doctor or something & just break out all over in a sweat- It'll get so bad my shirt sticks to my skin & my hair actually gets wet. I'm generally fine & don't sweat just sitting around, but any time a slightly 'stressful' situation (Which really shouldn't be stressful- but my body dissagrees evidently) I just get soaked.

I was told that this is common with Acromegally by my doctor. I also sweat terrible at night- One other thing, while I'm sweating, I sitting there freezing cold. I just can't stay warm even when I'm sweating. I was put on Testosterone gel oncve per day, and it helped a little, but hasn't stopped it by any means.

I have to have my tumor removed next Wednesday- hopefully the hormones will go back to normal. My particular situation is that My Growth hormones are high, my prolactine is high, my Testosterone is low and my DHEA is low. I suspect that my cortisol is low too- but can't seem to get it checked out right- the basic blood tests come back 'normal'

Anxiety? Yep- you betcha. I wake up at night in a panic thinking I can't breath, thinking I am dying- when I do I feel real wierd, like the heart isn't working right & I'm dizzy as heck. I'm told I snore terrible, so this might be sleep apnea- not real sure- haven't really looked into what sleep apnea is.

Anyways- sorry you're goin through what you are- Hope they can get you straightened out.
