We are patients and are trying to give helpful advice. We are not pituitary neurosurgeons. I  know pituitary neurosurgeons who do both approaches depending on the case. My surgeon did traditional on me, and turned around and did endonasal on another patient, so we, as patients, don't make the surgical decisions here.

Just wanted to clarify.

The advice is to see a neurosurgeon who specializes in pitutiary neurosurgery for best outcome. I think in Judy's case, she is repeat with her prior surgeon, so there is confidence already, and that means alot!

Good luck Judy! I am really impressed that you have done a great job of asking the tough questions and have really done your homework on which treatment avenue to take!
