Hammer, Running into things is probably caused by less-than-par vision. Your tumor is quite big so I'd not be surprised if it has been interfering with your eye sight and balance. Vision field test can tell you if your eyeslight is really the problem. Mine was only 6mm but was big enough to cause the similar symptoms as yours. Forgetfulness is a common hypothyroid symptom. How's you TSH, FT4, FT3 levels? Congrats on your restoring of your libido and sexual function. I'd like to warn you that the surgery could ,often times, "kill" the pituitary making things worse. Mu suggestion is that you wait and see. UNLESS your doc tells you that you might go blind if you leave it. I'm sorry if some suggestion may sound too blunt.
