oops, how silly of me....of course it's thyroid .  You think I might have picked up that clue when the Dr. said my thyroid was fine LOL
 
You are right about PCO and increase in testosterone.  I have read that a high testosterone doen't help drive either (even though you would think that lots of testosterone would make your libido come back)....like you said, it has to be balanced with all the hormones in the proper amounts.  My prolactin was 22 this time....it used to be around 12, so maybe it's too high for me?????
 
My Endo wanted to make sure my prolactin and thyroid was o.k and then wanted me to get a period...since it has been 6 months (at least since last) and then she said if I still wanted...she will test testosterone.  But she basically said to me that most women, after having kids, find sex drive disappears and that I should  go home and live with it or de-stress myself.
