Definately get this checked out. You could have several things going on such as low cortisol, perhaps high testosterone (You mentioned facial hair) and high growth hormone becauseo f what you listed. Your Doc should definately be alerted to those red flags & should be running exhaustive blood tests and growth hormone tests   With me, I have slight browline growth- but when I look at older pictures, I can't really tell if there is a difference- If you're looking at your pictures and picking right up on it- then that really should be a red flag for your Doc.-= Maybe bring in some older pictures with you & point that out to him as well as telling him about the feet changes & hand size changes- aslong with ALL the other sypmtoms.
