You may need to see a neuro-opthamologist.   I don't know if your tumor was a macroadenoma or not, but you should see a neuroopthamologist to get a post surgery measurement to take back to your surgeon to discuss. You may need surgery to correct.   Your sense of smell is concerning as well as the funny taste. Do check with the ear nose and throat specialist to ensure there is no infection.
