I thought I'd put in my 2 cents here as well, since I can talk now!
A couple weeks ago, after 3 months of bromo, I finally got my first period in 8 months (since getting off the Pill). It was surprisingly light, but I can't remember if this was normal or not - on the Pill, day 1 and 2 were incredibly heavy, and tapered off after 3 days or so afterwards. But although this first one was light, it was also really long - technically about 7 days!
I share this only because it shows just how different everyone is, and how you nor anyone else can really expect your body to be the same as another person's, EVER. My endo seemed to expect me to menstruate at any moment after my prolactin dropped (it took 3 months), and my OBGYN told me I'd probably bleed very heavily the first time through (I didn't). So there. ^_^ |
