Hi Judy,
I don't know when you had your surgery but it sounds like you should call your doctor. My friend had his April 22 and is now back to work. He has a rather big nose so that may have helped him a bit?! You don't need to tell him I said that! Hey, we all deal with things the best way we can - that is ALL we can do. Take it easy.
