They aren't too scary. lol   My nose was VERY swollen and I was black around my eyes and my chin.  The worst part for me was the stitches. My husband would make me laugh and it would hurt.  I would have to literally hold my mouth shut w/ my hands so I would not stretch or tear my stitches. (That was hard because I am a giggler!)  The endo nasal approach was not an option for me (or so I was told) due to my tumor size.  Bummer, I had to go through that while I hear others are out watching movies the next day!  At least a craniotomy was not necessary.
