First off, you need to see a pituitary endo. Ask your family doctor to refer you to one. Maybe the pituitary endo can call the pathology department and requests a second opinion on your pathology slides to better understand what was removed (even though it is all for discussion at this point). I just posted for DJS about having no periods. It can increase your chance of uterine cancers. If your female hormones are off balance, it can also put you at risk for early osteoporosis. You need a full endocrine work up to see what exactly is going on. Post surgery, you may have some enodcrine imbalances that may need to be regulated. I understand about doctor avoidance. I've been going through it myself. I just don't want to see another doctor and hear something else may be going on. I want a break...but, I still realize from an endocrine point of view, I need to keep the appointments with him. So... I decided to delay seeing any of the other doctors in my health care team unless I really needed to see them. You have things going on, it is time. Minnie |
