Hi JoAnn, I should probably leave it to the veterans of this site to answer your questions since I'm new here, but here's my understanding...  As for the size, "grape-sized" is definitely on the large side for a pit. tumor.  If it's hemorrhagic that means it has bled in the past (evidence of past bleeding can show up on MRI) and might again (if it isn't removed.)  Can I ask, what were your symptoms and what led your doctor to suspect a pit. tumor?  I'm not diagnosed yet but I have an MRI in a couple of days to check for a pit. tumor.
