Reply   Reply to Sender   Recommend Message 4 in Discussion From: JoAnn19681 Chris, How is Jason?  Hopefully good.  It was definitely another CSF leak.  I had another surgery on the 26th of July coupled with another drain in my spine.  My ns was out of town but had a partner and an ENT go in and re-do the patch.  The ENT said they did the equivalent of killing a fly with a sledgehammer .  He said the leak appeared to be rather small and he did a living tissue graft (from the mucous membranes in the nose), used a fibrin glue spray, and did another fat graft from the abdomen area.  In the hospital for an additional week then too.  I am glad to be home, PRAYING this is over now.   I was so happy to hear Jason is doing pretty well, I can't imagine one of my children having to go through this.  My heart goes out to you   JoAnn View other groups in this category.
