Hi there, my name is Tara, 27, married for 7.5 years with one son, 9 months. I have recently been dx'd with a pituitary tumor measuring 4mm big. My so called Dr is giving the run around as far as information, his answer to most of my questions is, "Google it" I suffered with infertility for 6.5 years and had to become my own Dr basically and now that has backfired on me with this new Dr. I have a few questions, mainly, is 4 mm considered to be too small to treat?? I want more kids, should I speak to a Dr who specializes in this before I get pg again? I am currently on Dostinex to treat elevated prolactin levels is that going to be an issue if I do manage to get pg again? My infertility dx was PCOS, what's the chance it's not that but Cushings instead? If anyone could shed some light on this for me, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks a bunch, Tara |
