I would consider a pain in the butt (my wife says I am already) every six months then having to put the gel on. The odor of alcohol sometimes is pretty strong sometimes. The question is what type of dr would do the implant and how often would you need a refill! And does insurance cover the procedure for the implant and how much out of pocket expenses.
