Hi Lucky, I had my pituitary tumor (prolactinoma) removed 4 weeks ago. I had to have a craniotomy because my sinus cavity was filled with fluid and infected. In my post-op MRI, the technician thought there was either continued fluid in my sinus cavity or residual tumor. So, sinus involvement does make sense... |
