Well, I think it might be helpful if you get copies of your labs so when you meet with your doctor, you can go over your last test results. It would also be good for you to talk with your doctor about your concerns.
 
Sometimes, post-op, many pituitary patients have a deficiency in secreting TSH from the pituitary. This causes "central" hypothyroidism. Some doctors forget that with central hypothyroidism, that they have to rely more on the t4 and t3 values, and not so much on the TSH. Since you are post op, you could have low TSH and be hypothyroid, when a normal person would have elevated TSH when they are hypothyroid.
 
I expect your doc will put you on thyroid meds, if you are deficient, and have you come back for testing 6-8 weeks to see if the adjustment is adequate.
