I was just given a script for Prednisone 2.5 mg and I need to know are the side affects. I had GammaKnife in Jan 2002 and it looks like my cortisol levels are dropping. According to my endo I am "borderline" for the cortisol replacement and I have been feely verly lously with no get up and go. I have been taking testostorme replacement for the last three years and there has been some improvement in how I feel. I've read some articles and very concern about the long term effects of taking this drug. Also, I heard there is some weight gain, another excuse for being over-weight. Anyway, any help would greatly be appreciated! Fred |
