Hey guys.
I am new to this site, well actually the whole internet thing too!
I have a 3mm pituitary adenoma which was picked up by mri scan,as i have been suffering from severe headaches and eyesight problems for 4 yrs now..Last year i lost 50 lbs bodyweight in 9 months due to severe vomiting all caused by the problems mentioned above...I saw an endocrinologist in oxford/england..The oral glucose tolerance test showed that everything is fine yet i am back to square one now! I have unreal dizzy spells, eyesight is still very bad and the headaches are still there...I managed to gain 15 kilos bodyweight since christmas yet these problems are still there!
To add to the confusion,my blood pressure has SKY rocketed to 160/93 in the past 3-4 months...I must state that i am male/27 yrs old and 250 lbs now! Always had a very active lifestyle too!
Every test that i have had was ok..Ecg,blood tests, calcium tests,ogtt,thyroid..etc..
When i get these headaches, they feel as though my face/jaw and eye sockets are growing as they hurt so much also my teeth kill me everyday....My jaw cracks VERY loudly...And i suffer from severe pressure behind my right eye!!
What are you guys opinions on this please??????????????
I really am at my wits end now and don't know what to think or do!!!!!!
Could they have missed anything? Could it be some kind of headache symptom?
I really need some advice on this guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know i blabber on,but that is because this is the only place i can tell you everything!!
Any help or advice would be appreciated very much......
Also my endo has finished our meetings,so i will not be seeing him again!!! THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
