Yes, the GH levels can affect thyroid, and vice versa...
 
Most of the time the doctors want the thyroid adjusted and stable before they change other hormones.
 
 
Your symptoms may be related to other imbalances. You might want to ask your endo what hormones he/she wants to adjust first and stabilize before moving to the next.
