Kango- only a VERY few pit tumnors are cancerous- the VAST majority of them are not- you're working yourself up unnecessarilly- honest- the scan is nothing- heck, even the operation is almost a non event these days when done by a qualified surgeon provided complications don't happen and I can tell you that the risk of complications is VERY small- almost non existent. I got all worked up before hand too- but seriously, I was probably sicker because of it unnecesarily. The chance of the tumor being cancerous is only like 2% or something absurd liek that- You are at more risk by leaving it in than you are at having it taken out with surgery or shrunk with medications. There MAY be a chance you won't even have to have surgery- some tumor types respond very well (%90 chance of success) to medications
