Is 46 very low for IGF-1(growth hormone)?

Hi all, Just checking to see if anyone on the board knows if 46 is considered very low or just low growth hormone. I got copies of my last labs from my endo and she said that I had low growth hormone and needed to be taking it, but not until my next MRI since I just had Gamma Knife radiosurgery. She doesn't want the growth hormone to make my tumor grow if that would happen. My next MRI isn't until possibly about 3-6 months away. Thanks to all for support and prayers throughout my surgeries and other stuff. Also, to all posts I have put up on the board. :) Judy |
