Is 46 very low for IGF-1(growth hormone)?

If I remember right- you just had surgery? I think that after surgery, the hormones fluctuate for awhile afterwards- 6 months is a good time for everythign to get as stabalized as they are going to get I beleive- if you're low at that point still, then your endo will probably recomend further testing or corrective measures.
 
With low IGF-1, I don't think it's as bad as having high GH levels in regards to what it can do to you.
 
Also, I checked the levels & it appears that the reference levels are 109-284, but that's for a 30-40 year old male- Not real sure what female should be though- but don't think it's too different for IGF levels
