I had a secreting tumor-growth hormone. When I had the MRI it was showing the the optic chiasm was being pressed. My vision was checked by neuro-opth. Even though vision had not been affected yet, surgery was scheduled as an emergency case because of it. I was a UPMC in Pittsburgh, with Dr. Kassam.
